Refund Policy for Buddha's Art:
At Buddha's Art, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that they are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to our customers. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is majorly defective, we are happy to provide a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of the defect, such as clear photos or videos, and be willing to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the defective item, we will either send you a new item or issue a refund, as per your preference. We do not accept refunds due to shipping times, and once the product is opened we do not accept refunds.
Please note that our shipping is done based on the address provided by the customer during checkout. If the product is delivered to the correct address provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility. If the product is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping supplier for assistance. Once the product is shipped out, any issues related to delivery or shipping are the responsibility of the shipping supplier and not Buddha's Art.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues to the best of our ability. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy. Customs and import fees are the customers responsibility. All shipping are non-refundable internationally.
